We are happy to provide our Denver clients with a safe, clean, upscale apartment to use for their dates. In order to maintain the safety of our space, we do have very strict requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• In order to use our space, we will need a photo of you holding your ID with all text legible. 

• A simple signed contract stating that you will respect the space, neighbors, and local laws. 

• You must utilize our screening service (the cost will be bundled with the apartment rental).
